He also has experience with inpatient and outpatient program development (rehabilitation and psychiatric), JCAHO, finance/reimbursement/revenue recovery, licensing and certification. Mark has served as a member of Louisiana Hospital Association's Legislative Regulatory Policy Council and Behavioral Health Constituency Panel, National Association of Behavioral Health, Louisiana Rural Health Association, National Psychiatric Health Systems, is a Notary Public, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and a member of the Crowley Kiwanis.
Michelle Hughes, LCSW, BACS VP Marketing & Development
Michelle has over thirteen years of mental health experience, with direct clinical care in inpatient settings, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient clinics. She is experienced with program management, including regulatory compliance, recruitment, employee development, and top and bottom line responsibility. She also has experience with strategic planning, marketing, and the development and expansion of psychiatric service lines. Michelle is a member of Louisiana Hospital Association's Behavioral Health Constituency Group and Couples Small Group Leader through her local church.
Anne is ANCC certified in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, with more than fifteen years of nursing experience. Anne also has seven years of inpatient management experience, including a 20 bed psychiatric distinct part unit. She has supervised licensure for four separate healthcare facilities, participated in 5 JCAHO surveys, and is knowledgeable in Infection Control, OSHA standards, and QA & QI implementation. Anne is a certified CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) instructor, a member of Louisiana Hospital Association's Behavioral Health Constituency Group, and serves as Public Relations Chair for the Louisiana Association for Behavioral Health.
Danielle has over fourteen years of nursing experience, with seven years of inpatient management experience including an 18 bed psychiatric distinct part unit. She currently provides evaluation and oversight of performance improvement, Joint Commission, and staff development and training. Danielle has participated in three successful regulatory surveys of psychiatric distinct part units and supervised the start-up and licensure of inpatient and outpatient facilities.
