Free Standing and Distinct Part Units
Compass Health provides management services for free-standing rehab hospitals and distinct part units. Our job is to assist hospitals in obtaining optimal returns while ensuring the integrity of care. We do this by providing sound management strategies. From start-up (including policy & procedure development, clinical and management infrastructure formation, and licensure preparation and completion) to operations, Compass can provide you with the clinical and management expertise needed to operate a successful rehab hospital.
Outpatient Rehab
Compass Health can provide consultation and/or management services to outpatient rehab programs. By staying abreast of Medicare changes, Compass can provide knowledgeable guidance as it relates to your specific program. Consultation related to regulations, documentation, and program structure can be provided. Billing is another service that can be utilized to ensure complete and timely payments.
