Compass Announces New Facilities:
Inpatient Hospitals
Compass Behavioral Center of Opelousas, a distinct part unit of Opelousas General Health System, South Campus, is a 16 bed Inpatient Psychiatric Facility. Compass Behavioral Center of Opelousas specializes in treating adults ages 21 and older. Dr. Philip Landry and Dr. Bob Winston will lead the team of skilled professionals in providing 24 hour medical and psychiatric care.
Senior Care Center of Opelousas General Health System, South Campus, is a 12 bed Inpatient Psychiatric Facility. The Senior Care Center specializes in treating seniors ages 55 and older. Dr. Philip Landry and Dr. Bob Winston specialize in geriatric psychiatry and direct a staff of skilled professionals.
Paces/Bunkie General Hospital located in Bunkie, LA is an 8 bed inpatient psychiatric facility. Paces specializes in caring for Seniors 50 years of age and older. Paces Medical Director, Dr. Nabil Gad and the staff assist patients in achieving their highest degree of function and independence.
Outpatient Facilities
Oakhaven of Baton Rouge is a Community Mental Health Center providing a variety of outpatient services including a day treatment program, outpatient services for children, adults and seniors. Dr. Robert Blanche is the Medical Director. The staff includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Therapists, Licenses Practical Nurses and Mental Health Technicians. Mental Health Professionals are also available after hours for crisis situations.
Compass Psychiatric Center of Alexandria is a Community Mental Health Center providing a variety of outpatient services including a day treatment program, outpatient services for children, adults and seniors. Dr. Oladapo Folarin, is the Medical Director. The staff includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Therapists, Licenses Practical Nurses and Mental Health Technicians.
