What Is The Program Like?
The program combines psychotherapy & medication management. Licensed professionals, under the direct supervision of a Psychiatrist, provide interventions tailored to each client's needs. Group, individual & family therapy are some of the modalities utilized to address issues such as stress, anger, anxiety, depression, distorted thinking & other symptoms disrupting a person's life.
What Is The Wellness at Work Program?
An evening program that provides psychotherapy to clients experiencing a mood, thought, or behavioral disorder. The goal is to assist clients in improving performance and function in their home and/or work life.
The Wellness at Work Program consists of two psychotherapy group sessions per evening twice a week and focuses on:
Educating on etiology, symptomology, and disease process
Exploring/processing emotions, behaviors, and thoughts
Creating affective methods of coping with the disorder
Developing work and home life strategies to improve quality of life and meet goals related to functioning, relationships, and careers

Who Qualifies?
Individuals who have had a less intensive form of treatment including medication and/or counseling
Individuals transitioning from inpatient hospitalization to home
Individuals who can benefit from and participate in our program (this excludes disoriented clients)
