Who Do We Serve?
We assist adults and senior adults experiencing:
Depression
Bipolar Disorder
Anxiety, Excessive Worry, or Panic
Severe Mood Swings
Hallucinations or Delusions
Appetite Disturbances
Other Mood, Behavioral, and Thought Disorders
Our Goal
To prevent hospitalization.
To assist in the transition from inpatient hospitalization to home.
To encourage independence and improve or maintain function.
What's the Program like?
The program combines psychotherapy & medication management. Licensed professionals, under the direct supervision of a psychiatrist, provide interventions tailored to each client's needs. Group, individual, and family therapy are some of the modalities utilized to address issues such as stress, anger, anxiety, depression, distorted thinking & other symptoms disrupting a person's life.
Who Qualifies?
Individuals who have not experienced the desired results with less intensive treatment options such as medication or counseling.
Individuals transitioning from inpatient hospitalization to home.
Individuals who can benefit from and participate in our program (this excludes disoriented clients).
