Who Do We Serve?
We assist adults and seniors experiencing:
Depression
Bipolar Disorder
Anxiety, Excessive Worry or Panic
Severe Mood Swings
Hallucinations or Delusions
Appetite and Sleep Disturbances
Other Mood, Behavioral, or Thought Disorders
Our Goal
To prevent hospitalization, or
To assist in the transition from inpatient hospitalization to home.
To encourage independence and improve function.
What's the Program like?
It combines psychotherapy & medication management. Licensed professionals, under the direct supervision of a psychiatrist, provide interventions tailored to each client's needs. Group, individual, & family therapy are some of the modalities utilized to address issues such as stress, anger, anxiety, depression, distorted thinking, & other symptoms disrupting a person's life.
Who Qualifies?
Individuals who have had a less intensive form of treatment including medication and/or counseling.
Individuals transitioning from inpatient hospitalization to home..
Individuals who can benefit from and participate in our program.
