Wellness Residential is a home for men who are living with or recovering from a mental illness. The home provides a safe environment for tenants while attending an appropriate outpatient treatment program designed to meet their mental health needs.

Admission Criteria
Must be 21 years of age or older
Have Axis I mental disorder, but be mentally alert and oriented
Must meet the criteria for partial hospitalization services
Must have the ability to evacuate the facility in case of emergency
Must be medically stable and function independently
Must be capable of paying for rent, medical and personal needs
