Wellness Residential is a sheltered care facility for men who are living with or recovering from a mental illness. The facility provides a structured living environment offering support and encouragement as tenants work towards improving function and independence. While residing at Wellness Residential, tenants are connected with an appropriate outpatient treatment program designed to meet their mental health needs. Staff monitoring and support- 24 hours daily
Three meals per day
Beds & linens
Basic laundry services
Local transportation for medical needs & scheduled residential activities
Recreational activities
Admission Criteria
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a primary psychiatric diagnosis which interferes with daily life
Must meet the criteria for partial hospitalization services
Must have the ability to evacuate the facility in case of emergency
Must be medically stable and function independently
Must be capable of paying for residential services and medical needs
