Compass also offers quality inpatient psychiatric services.  These services are designed to stabilize clients who are experiencing a severe worsening of symptoms that put them at risk of harming themselves or someone else.  For a listing of inpatient services locations, please click here.

In addition to clinical services, Compass provides residential services.  Unlike other residential providers, Wellness Residential provides 24 hour supervision and structure for men living with a mental illness.  The program combines a healthy living environment with sound treatment.  Wellness is not limited to local referrals.  We accept referrals from all parts of the country.  For more information on Wellness Residential, please click here.
