Within a short period, Compass was able to increase utilization at one facility by 100% and increase the number of discharges at a different facility by 46%.
Our hospital has a Rehab unit and we would like to provide outpatient services. Can Compass Health help? Yes. We can assist with the start-up of outpatient services within a hospital or independent of a hospital ( CORF). Services include policies and procedures, development of clinical and organizational infrastructure, and training on effective documentation.
We have a partial hospitalization program and have been under review. What can Compass do? Through complete management or consultation, Compass can evaluate your program and provide guidance on Local Coverage Determination compliance, documentation, billing, and clinical structure.
